Allmybaskets.com does not accept any returns as all sales are final.However all “just ordered” and unopened items may be exchanged within 20 Days from date of purchase. This may be as little as 5-7 days or as much as 15 days from the time you receive it. All exchanges must be delivered freight paid by you to our offices. Once we receive your item for exchange in its original condition we will ship your requested replacement freight paid by us.If the item you select for replacement is more expensive than the one being replaced you will have to pay the difference including the freight difference (if any). We will need your credit card information for this and may need to contact you to get this information.
Ship all exchanges using a traceable shipping method and the original box or packaging it came in or a similar size replacement box or packaging. DO NOT put any courier labels on the merchandise or its immediate wrapping or packaging. Doing so requires Allmygiftbaskets.com to pay for replacement packaging. Therefore, additional fees will be charged under these circumstances.
Allmygiftbaskets.com is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.

Please include a copy of your receipt along with a description of all problems you had with the packaged components. You should choose a courier that provides tracking and insurance for your package. We do not reimburse shipping and handling costs incurred by you nor do we charge you for the replacement shipping unless it is of greater weight than the original item. We will only charge you shipping on the difference in higher weight on an exchange.
